RECIPE - To make Tandoori Chicken serves 4-6 Cooking time 10 mins / marinate at least 20 mins


1/3 jar (100g) Tandoori Paste, 1kg chicken breasts, ½ cup natural yoghurt


In a glass bowl mix curry paste with yoghurt. Prepare chicken by scoring lightly on one side, then coat with mixture, leave to marinate for at least 20 mins. Cook on a preheated BBQ grill on Medium heat so the marinade doesn’t burn too much. Meat is cooked when firm to press.
