A warm soup with notes of ginger, chilli and lemongrass.  Delicious with Seafood or chicken. Serve over a bowl of rice noodles and top with crunchy bean sprouts

RECIPE - To make Seafood Laksa (serves 4-6) cook time 20mins

1/3 jar (100g)  Seafood Laksa Paste, 600g raw seafood, 2 tbsp oil, 400g can coconut milk, 750ml chicken stock


Heat oil in a wok.  Add paste and fry for 2 minutes, then add stock and coconut milk, stirring as you go.  Add the seafood and reduce heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until seafood cooked.  Serve over pre soaked rice noodles and top with coriander leaves, bean sprouts and sliced spring onions.
