NAAN BREAD MIX 200G - MAKES 3 LARGE NAAN
INGREDIENTS: Flour(contains gluten), powdered egg substitute, yeast, baking powder, salt, nigella seeds
TO MAKE NAAN BREAD, You will need:
1 tbsp vegetable oil, 40g natural yoghurt, 100ml warm water.
Empty flour mix into a bowl, make a well in the centre. Mix oil, yoghurt and water together and add to flour. Mix with a metal spoon. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and cover. Set aside for 2 hours in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Divide into 3 portions. Roll out on a floured surface to ½ cm thickness forming a round or teardrop shape. To cook: heat a griddle pan on top of stove or preheat oven grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side. Brush with melted butter to serve.
