RECIPE - To make Lamb Rogan Josh  serves 4-6 / cooking time 1½ hr


1/3  jar (100g) Rogan Josh Paste, 700g diced lamb leg steak, 2 tbsp oil, 200g diced tomatoes, ½ cup water


Heat oil over medium heat and add lamb.  Cook for 5 minutes then add the paste. Cook another few minutes then add canned tomatoes and water.  Bring back to low heat.  Slowly simmer for 1 to 1½ hrs adding more water if necessary.  Curry is ready when lamb is tender and sauce has thickened. For a creamy sauce, add some yoghurt or coconut milk before serving.
