RECIPE - To make Coconut Chilli Prawns (serves 4-6) cook time 20mins


1/3 jar (100g)  Coconut Chilli Paste, 600g peeled raw prawns, 2 tbsp oil, 400g can coconut cream


Heat oil in a wok.  Add paste and fry for 2 minutes, then add coconut cream a little at a time, stirring as you go.  Add the prawns and reduce heat.   Stir regularly and simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce reduces a little.
