Or lamb tikka kebab sticks or create a creamy tikka masala curry

Ingredients: garlic, ginger, tomato paste, salt, onion powder, chilli, herbs, spices, lemon


RECIPE- To make Chicken / Lamb Tikka Skewers      serves 4-6


1/3 jar (100g) Tikka Paste, 1kg diced chicken/lamb, ½ cup natural yoghurt


Mix curry paste with yoghurt, then coat chicken (or lamb).  Thread onto wooden skewers.  Allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes.  Cook on a preheated BBQ grill on Medium heat.


To make Chicken Tikka Masala     serves 4-6 / cooking time 20min


3 tbsp Tikka Paste, 700g diced chicken, 2 tbsp oil, 400ml  coconut milk.


Heat oil over medium heat and add chicken.  When cooked, add the paste and fry gently for 2 mins, then add coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.  Sauce will change colour as it thickens.
