RECIPE - To make chicken Korma - serves 4-6 / cooking time 20min

3 tbsp(100g) Korma Paste, 700g diced chicken, 2 tbsp oil, 400ml coconut cream


Heat oil in a non stick pan or wok. Fry chicken.  When cooked add paste.  Fry for 2 minutes then add coconut cream.  Simmer for 10 more minutes until sauce has reduced a little.
