A very mild Indian dish full of flavour in a wonderful creamy sauce.   Mild enough for the whole family.


Ingredients: coconut, tomato paste, ginger, garlic, herbs, spices, lemon, onion powder, salt.

RECIPE To make Butter Chicken  serves 4-6 / cooking time 20min

3 tbsp(100g) Butter Chicken Paste, 700g diced chicken, 2 tbsp oil, ½ cup water, 120ml cream (or coconut cream)

Heat oil over medium heat and add chicken.  Cook for 3 minutes.  Add the paste and fry gently for 2 minutes, then add water, stir, then add cream. Simmer gently for 15 minutes until sauce has thickened.
