SMALL PACK 13G (SERVES 4)
TO MAKE BIRYANI RICE, YOU WILL NEED:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup / 250g long grain rice
1 sachet spice mix
400ml water
sliced onion and red capsicum (optional)
Rice cooker method: Put all ingredients into a rice cooker. Mix together and turn rice cooker on.
Stove top method: heat oil and fry onion and capsicum until softened. Add other ingredients and bring to the boil. Cook for 15-20 mins or until tender. Stir occasionally to avoid catching on pan.
