In the kitchen today.....SRI LANKAN CHICKEN CURRY

This exciting new flavour will soon be added to our curry paste range! Flavours delight from a rich blend of herbs and spices, with green chillis. There's a nice little bit of warmth to it but I would still class it as a medium heat curry. Keep an eye out for it at markets near you. This recipe made with chicken thighs (with bone in) cooked in 14 minutes in my pressure cooker. Ideal for slow cookers too!
