This curry journey all began with a few friends and family one New Years Day. Instead of the traditional Aussie BBQ we opted for a CURRY NIGHT.
I prepared several dishes including LAMB ROGAN JOSH, CHICKEN KAPITAN, TANDOORI LAMB CUTLETS and home made Naan Bread, chutneys, yoghurt and pappadoms on the side.
After an amazing night of great food and with lots of drinks flowing, I had the bug and wanted to create more individual flavours to add to my recipe collection.
4 years on and here we are with our own branding, and with a vast collection of tried and tested recipes in the collection ..... some of which have not been bottled yet!
